Apache environment dump

This didn't seem a great idea to start with, for security reasons. But then hey! this page is only accessible on http://mscweb/~m02jn/ from inside comlab, or maybe http://msc25.mscweb/~m02jn/ if you're outside... and from anywhere outside the university, it's not accessible at all! I can't see the harm, therefore.
